Cancellation policy:

To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients I kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be required before booking a new appointment. 

No shows: 

I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts me and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service before any other appointments can be made. It’s recommend that you make contact in advance if your plans change so I can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
